"Every mom deserves to experience someone there to assist in any way to improve and help your birthing experience. It will give you a greater appreciation overall. It was enlightening and refreshing to have someone there to totally support me. I really enjoyed the massages, and the motivational words were very encouraging, and being there, in general, like walking with me, running errands, etc. Having a doula is an experience all mothers should have. My entire family liked my doula and was happy with the services and impressed with level of attention Freya was giving to me. “I contacted RootMama to find out about healthy eating habits while trying to conceive and overall womb health. I wasn't aware that fibroids could come back, and Freya explained how to prevent fibroid re-growth as well as how to eliminate fibroids without surgery. I expressed my concerns about healthy eating habits. After explaining the changes I had already made in my diet, she told me that I was on the right track and that made me feel confident.
