"Full Circle" Doula Serive is our signature service for expecting mothers and families. RootMama helps mothers from preconception to infant care and everything in between. Our support is tailored to a family's unique needs. Our Full Circle Doula Service is offered in different packages, so your family can choose the amount of support that meets your needs and budget.
Birth Plan Made-Easy
Get your birth plan in 30 minutes! RootMama helps expectant families create a birth plan that outlines their desires, hopes and visions of their birth experiences. There's lots of medical jargon and procedures to wade through. Mothers often seek advice about what choices to make. RootMama makes the birth plan process easy. We will consult with you on the phone or in person, discuss your plan, create it, and sent it to you.
Postpartum Doula Service
Our postpartum service helps a mom during her most critical periods after birth. It's vital that mom rest and bond with her baby for the first six weeks after giving birth. Moms who have undergone a cesarean section (c-section) are good candidates for postpartum doula support. Lifting heavy objects and lots of movement after c-section delivery is not recommended. Allow RootMama to facilitate an easier transition for you at home, giving you time to heal and recuperate.

A motherhood blessing ceremony, also known as a blessing way, is an Indigenous traditional event and ceremony. The ceremony gathers close female friends and family members of the mother-to-be to celebrate her passage into motherhood from womanhood.
